• A three years college degree in computer science or 3+ years related experience.
• An in depth understanding and configuration knowledge of workstation and server hardware is beneficial.
• Configuration knowledge and certification in all of the following subjects is desired: Windows Server 2003, Windows XP Pro, Windows 2000, Active Directory, networking equipment, CA Arcserver application.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast paced team environment is mandatory.
