Software Engineer/Products Development Manager

Job Description：

The position will be based in Shanghai with frequent travel inside China .The successful candidate will be responsible to manage VOIP terminal development projects for telecommunication industry, which will consist of:

•  Looking for new supplier and products sources.

•  Write and follow product specification

•  Develop SIP Phone and USB Phone software

•  Evaluate and select proper supplier for mold and different products parts.

•  Set the project schedule with the supplier.

•  Communicate the requirements with the suppliers.

•  Negotiate the price with the suppliers.

•  Follow the different phases of the production.

•  Control the quality and ensure that the product meet the requirements.

•  Organize the shipping activities and keep monitoring the suppliers.

Requirements ：

Reporting to the China Operation Manager, the ideal candidate:

•  Will demonstrate ability to manage different projects at the same time.

•  Have previous experience in the products development field and/or software development for VOIP Products.

•  Should be able to work independently under minimum supervision.

•  Have degree in telecommunication or electronics, or have relevant experience in the domain.

•  Willing to learn new thing and work with large range of products.

•  Require use of CAD software, C++, Java, Flash etc.. and good understanding of technical drawings.

•  Knowledge of the SIP protocol,sip phone and USB phone functionality testing.

•  Being able to read basic technical English, spoken is not important.
