一、配料過程：

1、 Ingredients process:

仿石路邊石主要原材料為砂、細石、高標號水泥及無機氧化鐵顏料、添加劑、水等。根據生產的仿石產品的花色及強度要求的不同，配方有較大的區別，如何生產出優質的、讓客戶滿意的仿石產品需要生產企業進行反復的配方試驗。

四、后續加工：

養護結束后的產品，當強度達到一定要求后進行到后期的加工過程中，加工分為粗加工、細加工及上光等幾個流程，根據對產品的不同要求來制定加工流程，各加工企業可根據自家不同的要求制定各自需要的加工流程。但粗加工流程是不可缺少的。

五、碼垛流程：

這是生產混凝土路邊石過程中最后的一個流程。生產出來的產品重量一般在幾十公斤以上，且產品經過粗、精加工后，外觀品質已不同于一般的混凝土，需要在交付給客戶前，對產品外觀進行一定的保護，減少入庫、運輸及交付過程中對產品外觀造成不必要的破壞。
