⑴、路沿石的運(yùn)輸，要求廠方對(duì)路緣石塊與塊、層與層之間安設(shè)夾板，并且進(jìn)行四角包裝，確保路沿石的完好。

⑴ For the transportation of curbstones, the factory is required to install clamps between curbstones and between layers, and package them at four corners to ensure the integrity of the curbstones.

⑵、路沿石在經(jīng)業(yè)主及監(jiān)理批復(fù)的廠方進(jìn)行加工制造。路沿石出廠時(shí)必須檢驗(yàn)合格。運(yùn)到施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后，材料質(zhì)檢員按規(guī)范對(duì)其構(gòu)件進(jìn)行查收檢驗(yàn)，及時(shí)抽樣送檢和見證取樣，并有質(zhì)量合格證和質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告。

⑵ The curbstone shall be processed and manufactured by the factory approved by the owner and supervisor. The curbstone must pass inspection before leaving the factory. After being transported to the construction site, the material quality inspector shall inspect the components according to the specifications, timely sample and witness the sampling, and provide quality certificates and quality inspection reports.

⑶、第一次運(yùn)輸，由加工廠用叉車裝車，汽車運(yùn)到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)人行步道的兩樹池間存放，并設(shè)安全提示標(biāo)識(shí)。

⑶ For the first transportation, the processing plant will load the goods onto a forklift and transport them by car to the two tree pools on the pedestrian walkway on site for storage, with safety warning signs.

⑷、第二次運(yùn)輸安裝前，使用小型叉車運(yùn)到安裝地點(diǎn)間隔碼放，隨使用隨運(yùn)輸。安裝后，剩余的路沿石及時(shí)運(yùn)回人行步道指定地點(diǎn)，并用綠網(wǎng)苫蓋設(shè)安全提示標(biāo)識(shí)。

Before the second transportation and installation, use a small forklift to transport to the installation site and stack them at intervals, and transport them as needed. After installation, the remaining roadside stones should be promptly transported back to the designated location on the pedestrian walkway and covered with green nets to set up safety warning signs.

⑸、路沿石在運(yùn)輸過程中，保證不碰撞輕拿輕放，避免損壞。運(yùn)到施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的路沿石要及時(shí)安裝。

During transportation, the roadside stones should be handled with care to avoid collision and damage. The curbstones transported to the construction site should be installed in a timely manner.

⑹、異型沿石加工前，應(yīng)根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙上標(biāo)注的各路口圓弧半徑數(shù)值與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際進(jìn)行比對(duì)，如有誤差及時(shí)通知設(shè)計(jì)人員進(jìn)行修改、復(fù)核后，統(tǒng)一歸納編號(hào)后提供給生產(chǎn)廠家，廠家據(jù)此加工。

Before processing the irregular shaped stones, the radius values of each intersection arc marked on the design drawings should be compared with the actual site conditions. If there are any errors, the design personnel should be notified in a timely manner for modification and review. After unified classification and numbering, they should be provided to the manufacturer for processing.
